Everything is good except the background noise. but I have solved this issue/ problem by using full balance set (Balance cable in and out). Assume the signal side ground was not shot ? RCA is also good although noisy background if your system is not well set up (easy to be noisy) but, try better to use XLR (keep in mind the ground is plugged)
The soundstage is live itself, instrument and voice is real and emotional, compared with directly output from DAC. In my words, it's really a steal.
Living in Japan, 110v and normally no ground lined for wall-in power sockets in the house.

It arrived in 13 days after payment. At first, I connected this pre-amp to D-amp by RCA cables, and one of the two speakers was not activated. The engineer of the seller recommended to change RCA cables to XLR cables. After following the recommendation, all the two speakers are now activated. I'm very happy all through this purchase~
